软厚煤层综放面煤壁片帮控制技术研究

摘要: 以芦岭煤矿Ⅱ927工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场试验等方法,分析了松软煤层工作面的破坏机理及控制措施,提出煤壁片帮的控制原则及控制途径,确定了控制方案和合理的参数,包括工作面支架工作阻力、采高、工作面推进速度及注水量的调整。该研究可为松软厚煤层综放开采的生产实践提供较好的理论指导和宝贵经验。

Abstract: The rib spalling is one of the main factors restricting the safe and high efficient mining of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining of loose and soft coal seam. Taking the Ⅱ927 working face as the research object, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field test were carried out for analyzing the mechanism of rib spalling and the control technologies, putting forward the control principle and control ways for rib spalling, and determining the control scheme and reasonable parameters, which include the adjustment of the supporting working resistance of working face, mining height, working face advancing speed, water injection measures. With the purpose to provide a better theoretical guidance for the production practice in fully mechanized top coal caving mining face of soft and thick seam, and also for other coal mining areas to exploit the coal seams with similar condition in the future.
